Donna
Fowler graduated from Steven F. Austin University and
married Mark Smith in 1970. She died tragically in 1980
in a drowning in Quitman, Texas. She taught school in
Plano for two years before going to work for the City
of Plano Parks Dept. where she was working at the time
of her early death.
