Allan passed away Wednesday, Feb. 27, 2008.
Allan enjoyed growing up on the south side of Fort Worth
and was a Boy Scout. He was a member of the Paschal Panther
Band.
Allan attended Tarleton State University before enlisting
in the U.S. Marine Corps, serving from 1966 to 1968. After
discharge he returned to college on the GI Bill, graduating
from the University of Texas at Arlington in 1972 with
a BBA in finance.
Allan worked as a marketing assistant manager with Texaco
from 1973 to 1978. He was employed by Harris Methodist
Health Systems from 1978 to 1995, with his last position
being asset manager. Allan's work career ended with TTI
Inc., where he was employed since 1998.
Some of Allan's loves in life were being with family
and friends, the Texas Longhorns, investment, auto racing,
hunting, rock 'n' roll oldies and his 1993 Porsche RS
America. Allan was preceded in death by his father and
mother and his sister, Carol Ann.
